This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Engineer to join the Operational Excellence team at Vinpac!

As an Automation & Reliability Technician, you will enhance the reliability, efficiency, and performance of the automated systems on the Production Lines.

You’ll interrogate systems and processes by measuring and analysing data, identifying improvement opportunities to deliver increased reliability and efficiencies.

In addition, you will work with our operational teams to standardise processes and systems, embed improvements and build confidence and sustainable capability within the team.

Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:

  • Develop and deploy automated solutions to streamline operational processes and improve system reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation leading to scalable solutions that support future growth.
  • Drive robust change management initiatives to mitigate risk and ensure compliance to industry standards.
  • Provide detailed analytics on efficiency performance to enable agile change if required.
  • Develop and implement strategies to create a culture that supports predictive maintenance to maximise up time and reduce cost.
  • Remain current on industry developments and technologies to facilitate and lead change in the organisation.
  • Adhere to business procedures to embed safety, quality and sustainability into the culture and ways of working.

Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you: 

  • Degree or technical certification in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical engineering; any experience at technician level would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Able to work across teams throughout the business
  • Effectively set priorities, structured and organised to deliver against timelines.
