Guest Experience Gaming Manager | Moreton Bay Area

A day in the life of a Gaming Manager:
- Act as the face of the gaming room by greeting regular guests by name, delivering high-touch host service, and keeping room atmosphere energetic and welcoming.
- Lead and coach a team of floor hosts to deliver fast payout execution, room presentation, and attentive service.
- Manage daily gaming room trade, oversee machine performance, handle cash balancing, and enforce strict Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) standards.
- Partner with the Venue Manager to optimize gaming layout, run promotions, and analyze room trends.
What we're looking for:
- Exceptional people skills with a natural ability to connect with guests, remember regulars, and create a warm, premium environment.
- Proven supervisory or floor leadership experience customer service.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability with cash handling, and pride in maintaining high room standards.
- Current QLD RSA & RSG - Not to worry, we will cover these if you don't have them yet!
Inherent requirements: This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g., moving stock). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
