Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) | Charles Hotel
The Charles Hotel is seeking a highly detailed and motivated Casual Guest Service / Housekeeping Attendant to join our dedicated accommodation team. This crucial role requires a strong focus on presentation and meticulous attention to detail to ensure our guest rooms meet the highest standards.
Good availability between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm to cover a rotation of shifts across all days, including weekends and public holidays. A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:
- Making every room feel like home away from home
- Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
- Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
- Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests
Inherent requirements:
- This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
