Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) | Colyton Hotel
The Colyton Hotel is seeking a meticulous and energetic Guest Service Attendant to join our housekeeping team. We take pride in providing our guests with a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment, and this role is central to maintaining those high standards.
Your primary focus will be on housekeeping duties, including room turnovers, refreshing linens and maintaining cleanliness across our guest facilities. We are looking for a physically fit individual with a keen eye for detail and a reliable work ethic. Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is highly regarded.
A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:
- Making every room feel like home away from home
- Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
- Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
- Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests
Inherent requirements:
- This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
