Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) | Commercial Hotel | Casual
We’re searching for a our very own ‘Rosie the Robot’ - you know, from The Jetsons - a Housekeeper known for their work ethic and efficiency.
We are on the hunt for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? With our new NightCap accommodation here at Commercial Hotel, we’re looking for enthusiastic Guest Service Attendants to be the welcoming faces to match the new facilities!
A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:
- Making every room feel like home away from home
- Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
- Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
- Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests
What do we need from you
About you:
- You’ve got the attention for detail keeping rooms crisp and making them shine
- You’re reliable, punctual and adaptable
- You take pride in your work and it shows
