Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) | Federal Hotel
The Federal Hotel is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Guest Service Attendant to join our team, with a primary focus on housekeeping. We take pride in our presentation and are looking for someone who can maintain our guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
This role operates on a rotational 7-day roster, specifically focusing on the 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM window. To be successful, you must have excellent availability across weekends and public holidays. A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:
- Making every room feel like home away from home
- Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
- Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
- Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests
Inherent requirements:
- This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
