Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) | Hinterland Hotel / Motel
The Hinterland Hotel & Motel is seeking a meticulous and energetic Guest Service Housekeeper to join our team. We take pride in our rooms, so we are looking for someone with a sharp attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.
These roles are primarily day shifts, typically from 8am to 3pm, making them ideal for those seeking consistent daytime hours. You will be responsible for room turnovers, linen changes, and ensuring all guest areas are spotless. If you are physically fit, reliable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where your hard work is noticed, we’d love to hear from you!
A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:
- Making every room feel like home away from home
- Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
- Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
- Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests
Inherent requirements:
- This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
