Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) Mermaid Waters Hotel
The Role
We are currently seeking Casual Guest Service Attendants / Housekeepers to join our friendly team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across our guest rooms and public areas. To be successful, you must be available for day shifts (approximately 8am–3pm) across a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays as required.

A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:
- Making every room feel like home away from home
- Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
- Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
- Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests
