Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) | Springwood Hotel
The Springwood Hotel is seeking a meticulous Housekeeper to join our team at our newly refurbished venue. We are looking for a dedicated individual with an exceptional eye for detail to ensure our guest rooms and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:
- Making every room feel like home away from home
- Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
- Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
- Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests
Inherent requirements:
- This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
