Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) | Villawood Hotel
The Villawood Hotel is seeking a detail-oriented Guest Service Attendant to join our team, with a primary focus on Housekeeping and maintaining exceptional room standards.
This role requires an attentive approach to cleaning and preparing guest accommodations and public areas to ensure the best experience for all visitors. The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:
- Making every room feel like home away from home
- Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
- Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
- Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests
Inherent requirements:
- This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
