- $80,000 base salary + superannuation + half yearly bonus

On Yaamba Road in the heart of Glenmore South sits the Glenmore Hotel.
An icon in North Rockhampton, we're a family friendly hotel that prides ourselves on our offering for young and old. We're the perfect place for families to meet for an overdue long lunch, for mates to catch up for a beer and watch the game, to celebrate a milestone birthday or special event, and for visitors to stay in affordable accommodation when venturing to Rockhampton and the nearby coastline.

What you’ll do:
- Motivate and lead your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience which promotes customer loyalty and contributes to revenue growth
- Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
- Design and produce top quality food
- Share your exceptional knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives
What do we need from you
What you’ll need:
- Experience as a Chef in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Trade cooking qualifications
- The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
