Head Chef - Rye Hotel
- $90,000 - $100,000 base salary, plus super, plus half yearly bonus!

The beautiful Rye Hotel is located on the Rye foreshore overlooking Port Phillip Bay. With a classic sports bar at the Main Sail Bar, delicious food served in the Terrace Bistro, great nights out at the Verve Bar and comfortable accommodation, we’ve got it all under one roof.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become an Head Chef at the Rye Hotel.
What you’ll do:
- Motivate and lead your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience which promotes customer loyalty and contributes to revenue growth
- Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
- Design and produce top quality food
- Share your exceptional knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives
What do we need from you
What you’ll need:
- Experience as a Chef in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Trade cooking qualifications
- The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
