In 1925, the renowned hotel entrepreneur James Cavill created the legendary Surfers Paradise Hotel, which over the decades has evolved into one of the Gold Coast’s most iconic venues. The Beer Garden we know and love has been resurrected, with a fresh design inspired by the relaxed, sandy, come as you are, Surfers Paradise culture.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become an Head Chef at the Surfers Paradise Beer Garden.
What you’ll do:
- Motivate and lead your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience which promotes customer loyalty and contributes to revenue growth
- Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
- Design and produce top quality food
- Share your exceptional knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives
Qualifications
What you’ll need:
- Experience as a Chef in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Trade cooking qualifications
- The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
