The Head of People Strategy & Transformation, is responsible for leading the design and implementation of the Group People Strategy to drive business success through the attraction, development and retention of talent and enhancing the employee experience
Reporting to the Chief People Officer you will bring visibility to latest talent market trends for consideration within Endeavour Group, partner with various teams to develop and utilise data and insights to drive decision making and therefore support the successful delivery of the strategic initiatives outlined in the people strategy ensuring alignment and integration with business objectives.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
Prepare and deliver key reports for the Board People Committee on the progress and impact of the People Strategy, including key focuses around talent and succession and team sentiment.
Support in the development of specific business cases and financial outcomes for strategic People initiatives, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and resource allocation.
Support the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment of funding to annual strategic plan
Take the lead on group-wide people initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and driving consistency and coherence across the organisation

Collaborate with the Group Strategy team to ensure that the people strategy is aligned and enables the wider business strategy. Provide input and insights into strategic planning processes, ensuring that people considerations are integrated into broader organisational decision-making.
Now let’s talk about you:
- Previous experience in a strategic business partner role
Relevant tertiary degree qualifications e.g. HR, Business/ Commerce, Psychology
Retail, FMCG or related industry experience is desirable
Demonstrated experience successfully leading organisations through large scale change and transformation
Exceptional influencing, communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical and creative thinking
- Strategic thinking coupled with strong commercial acumen & a customer-oriented mindset
