Business Analyst - Integration will play a key role in the successful delivery of this large scale IT Transformation by managing and undertaking the required business analysis ensuring a consistent focus to deliver on the program's vision. The Business Analyst will perform requirements gathering, impact analysis, testing and change management/comms/training for the delivery of the target state EGL enterprise integration platform and transition of EGL integration assets from Woolworths integration platform to the EGL enterprise integration platform.
The role will work with stakeholders and perform system analysis to gather functional and nonfunctional requirements, perform technical and functional impact analysis and provide key input into the transition/build plan. This role will act as the bridge between the E2E Store program team, SI partner and the BAU integration platform teams, ensuring a smooth transition of Stores from Woolworths into Endeavour. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analysing business processes, identifying integration needs, and facilitating transformation efforts to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
This is a hands-on role that will work closely with external SIs who will ultimately deliver the plan.
The BA will have a proven track record of successfully translating between technical and business requirements, understanding the impacts of solutions on business needs/processes and costs, and the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders at a variety levels within the business. The role is a critical conduit in supporting the team throughout the project lifecycle.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
The BA will collaborate with the SME’s as well as other Business Analysts and/or Technical and Business and Functional Leads to identify and agree on the foundations business and technical requirements.
Assists in documenting, reviewing, and supporting approvals of the project scope/requirements in their area. Elicit, document, and analyze requirements for integration platforms and transformation initiatives.
Participates in workshops and ensures the inclusion of relevant team members from the business to validate the design being implemented.
Works with the Pillar, Technical and Business Teams to ensure all possible due diligence is carried out to provide confidence of the implementation prior to the go live.
Assess and recommend integration solutions that align with business objectives.
Work with technical teams to design and implement integration strategies and solutions.
Supports testing, where required, assisting to create test scripts, perform testing, and provide potential solutions to resolve errors. Supports system unit and integration testing as required including checking test results and identifying re-work and revalidation after subsequent corrections.
Now let’s talk about you:
Analyst, with a focus on integration platforms and, preferably within large scale transformation projects.
Strong understanding of integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware, ESBs) and methodologies.
Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques (e.g. JIRA, Confluence).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
Strong change management and leadership skills to effectively support the implementation’s change initiatives through the change team.
Demonstrated ability to influence, facilitate, and negotiate effectively.
Ability to motivate others, track progress, and collaborate effectively with peers.
Sound judgement in decision-making and problem-solving.
Able to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Positive and ‘can do’ attitude.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
