Kitchen Attendant | Jimboomba Tavern| Dream big with us!
Jimboomba Tavern is seeking a hardworking Kitchen Attendant to join our team for our grand re-launch at the end of July! Working in our newly refurbished, fast-paced kitchen, you will manage the dishwashing station and maintain cleanliness.
You must have great availability to work a flexible roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays, alongside a strong, reliable work ethic. Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen is a huge bonus, but the right attitude is essential. A day in the life of a Kitchen Attendant:
- Engage in food preparation and additional tasks as directed by your team leader
- Proactively identify and address cleaning opportunities in all areas of the kitchen in line with our high food and safety standards
- Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety and procedural compliance
What do we need from you
About you:
- You love working independently or as part of a team to perform routine tasks
- You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
- You are all about the detail and take pride in the work that you deliver
- You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
Inherent requirements:
- This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
