As the Marketing Coordinator - Trade within the BWS team, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager - Trade. 

In this role, you will contribute directly to the development and delivery of the Customer Value Plan, supporting all value and trade campaigns end-to-end, working cross-functionally with the broader Marketing team, the BWS business unit, and our agency partners.

Here's a snapshot of the responsibilities:

• End-to-End Campaign Support: Support the execution of all value and trade campaigns from start to finish, managing project timelines and ensuring cross-functional alignment across all traditional and digital channels.
• Creative Briefing & Communication: Support creative briefs and manage communication with all internal stakeholders (including Marketing, Merchandise, and Operations) as well as channel agencies to drive clarity of message and simplicity of execution.
• Partnership Building: Build strong partnerships with the broader Marketing and Merchandise teams to directly contribute to the successful execution of all value and trade-focused campaigns.
• Brand Amplification: Contribute to the creation of best-in-class marketing campaigns that highlight the BWS brand and value pillars to maximize growth, sales, and business profitability.
• Performance Evaluation: Coordinate and contribute to comprehensive post-campaign reviews to evaluate market performance and assess internal effectiveness.
• Competitor Insights: Evaluate and monitor competitor marketing spend and emerging trends in the Australian market, providing actionable recommendations to improve our content amplification.
• Cross-Functional Flexibility: Maintain flexibility to work cross-functionally with the wider marketing team, supporting the execution of initiatives outside of your core role when required.

Now let’s talk about you: 

• 1–2 years of experience working in a dedicated marketing environment. 
• Tertiary qualifications in business and/or a marketing-related field are highly preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, and overall communication skills, with the ability to make complex campaign ideas simple.
• You exhibit a high attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively while working to tightly agreed timeframes.
• You demonstrate great stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships with both internal and external partners.
• A willingness to collaborate across brands (including BWS and Dan's) to achieve common goals.
• You are able to successfully work, contribute, and collaborate within a dynamic team environment as a genuine team player.
• You put the customer first in everything you do. You bring a growth mindset that embraces change, horizontal leadership to enhance cross-functional outcomes, and the personal leadership to proactively adapt your style based on feedback.
