As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and coaching Publicans within your portfolio to achieve sustainable financial, guest, team and business scorecard targets.
You will be a change agent, driving and embedding initiatives within venues, as well as bringing your own fresh ideas to your team and the wider business.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Develop venue leaders in your portfolio to build capability in the business
- Lead venue teams to adopt a guest first approach to offer an authentic and local guest experience
- Educate and coach venues on the business strategy, empowering them to take initiative and contribute to the delivery of the strategy in their venue.
- Lead venue teams to take accountability for the financial performance of their venues, maximising sales and profitability, and taking action for improved results
- Actively demonstrate safety leadership, ensuring workplace health and safety requirements are understood and adhered to by teams
- Ensure venues fully comply with all statutory legislation, accreditations and workplace policies such as liquor licensing, industrial awards, food safety program, smoking, OHS and trade practices.
Now let’s talk about you:
- Experience in leading multi-site hospitality operations
- Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial fundamentals, including leveraging guest data and insights
- Strong influencing, stakeholder relationship and communication skills
- Eligible to meet State licensing requirements (includes a probity check)
- Flexibility to travel in the portfolio as required.
