The Partnerships Operations Manager is a critical member of the Partnerships and Transformation team. The individual is responsible for the management of all Partnerships governance, operational processes and reporting activities across this large and complex business transformation.
This is a new role and you’ll have a great opportunity to define the operating model along with the rest of the unified transformation delivery team with the goal of having a unified and consistent way to track, monitor and maintain our Partnership obligations across the portfolio.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Establish and implement the business rhythms and ensure they are consistently applied across the program
- Manage and maintain the ‘source of truth’ of Partnerships governance data and processes, working closely with the program managers and coordinators embedded in the programs.
- Coordination and delivery of key partnership artefacts for reporting to senior stakeholders, executives and steerco members.
- First point of contact on the transformation for all operations and processes around partnership and transition
- Working closely together with your peers to implement new tools, processes and methodologies as well as providing input to the delivery assurance capability.
- Managing the data quality and processes in the PPM tool to allow for data driven decision making and evidence based progress tracking.
- Proactively identify areas where compliance is lacking and work with project managers and team members to correct any issues.
- Provide reporting and documentation as required to ensure an integrated view of the portfolio/program/project can be reported on.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practises
- Develop and implement project management policies, procedures and governance frameworks and ensure they are effectively implemented and adopted
Now let’s talk about you:
- Ideally you’ll have 5+ years experience as a Portfolio Manager / Senior PMO Analyst on large and complex transformations
- Experience in end to end program or project management is highly desirable
- Qualified or strong demonstrated experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience in large scale projects
- Strong analytical and pragmatic problem-solving abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation experience
- Experience working in a large, complex environment
- Results driven with the ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organisation
- Exceptional research and reporting and analysing skills
- Positive and ‘can do’ attitude, finding solutions over problems!
- Ability to work autonomously balanced with being a team player
- Advanced proficiency in various application software, preferably the Google Suite
