• A great opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to join the dynamic team at Endeavour Group!
• 6 month Fixed-Term Contract – with view to permanency for the right candidate
• 100% office based in Bulimba, Brisbane. This is not a hybrid role due to the nature of the work.

As a Payroll Officer you will work within a supportive team to deliver National payroll accurately and on-time every week for the ALH Hotels brand as part of Endeavour Group. In this role you will apply your data entry skills and payroll experience to support the business requirements.

Here’s a snapshot of the Payroll Officer responsibilities:

• Processing end-to-end weekly payroll for ALH employees (circa 12,000) using Chris21 payroll software.
• Timely resolution of payroll cases using Service Now.
• Data entry for new hires, payment adjustments, termination payments, overpayments.
• Running reports in Chris21.

Now let’s talk about you: 

• You will bring to the role strong data entry skills.
• Previous exposure to payroll would be favourable.
• Systems experience – Chris21 is desirable, Service Now, Tanda or SAP is also ideal.
• Experience working in larger organisations, within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills, eye for detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Gmail).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
