Our Format team manage programs of work to design, build and/or renovate our retail stores across the country.
As the PMO Coordinator (Format), you will play a key role in monitoring and supporting the many and varied projects that are undertaken by the Format team. The role relies on excellent stakeholder communication and the mastery of the art of multitasking.
You will be relied upon as the glue that keeps Format on track with coordinating stakeholders, monitoring the agreed priorities and flagging risks to the successful delivery of our strategic projects and initiatives. You’ll also be accountable for the overall tracking and visibility of our strategic projects and other initiatives in Smartsheet.
You’ll have the opportunity on selected small projects to be more closely involved in the day to day operations of the project, including supporting the programming / assigning tasks and partnering with the Project Lead to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of the project end to end.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Planning and carrying out regular check-ins with multiple project leads/owners across the Format team and the broader Endeavour Group.
- Maintaining Smartsheet trackers and reports with the assistance of the Format Program Manager.
- Identifying any risks or capacity issues for our Format team & projects and raising them accordingly to work towards a solution.
- Coordinating and leading the agenda for our Format Engagement Forum and ensuring key decisions and prioritisation occurs regarding changes to our plans.
- Responsible for high level comms to the Format team relating to the strategic projects and initiatives under their supervision.
- Being a champion for our Format PMO ways of working and work cross functionally to find ways for continuous improvement.
- Working more closely on selected smaller projects to provide additional support where required.
Now let’s talk about you:
- Ideally, previous experience supporting projects
- Experience within a retail environment preferred
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple cross functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in using technology to track and monitor multiple projects / tasks at once
- Exceptional time management & communication skills
