We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Process Excellence and Governance Analyst to be a foundational member of our Group Process Excellence team. This is a critical support role focused on building, embedding, and maintaining the frameworks, tools, and systems that define how our entire organization operates.

You won't just follow instructions; you will be the technical and administrative backbone that enables enterprise-wide process governance, working directly with the Head of Group Process Excellence and Process Excellence Owners to drive consistency and accountability.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

Your primary focus is enablement and maintenance, ensuring our governance structures are robust and functional:

  • Contribute to the design and development of frameworks, templates, policies, and toolkits that enable enterprise-wide process governance.
  • Provide essential administrative and technical support for our core process governance platforms, including SAP Signavio (or similar systems).
  • Assist in process discovery, documentation, and refresh activities, working with Analysts and Process Owners to ensure documentation is current and accurate.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for governance forums, workshops, and review meetings, ensuring outcomes are captured and followed up.
  • Manage document repositories and ensure all process information remains accurate and consistent.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Head of Group Process Excellence on governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement activities.

What do we need from you

Now let’s talk about you:

The right candidate combines strong organizational skills with a keen technical understanding of process standards in addition to;

Essential Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Operations, IT, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical work experience).
  • Demonstrated capability with industry-standard process modelling frameworks (e.g., BPMN 2.0, BPML, APQC PCF).
  • Experience supporting initiatives related to governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Proficiency in modern collaboration tools (e.g., Google Suites) and process documentation solutions.

Desirable Skills:

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or an equivalent process improvement methodology.
  • Exposure to large-scale corporate environments, especially those undertaking IT-enabled transformations.
  • Prior experience in the Retail, FMCG, or Hospitality industries.
