As the Property Manager for NSW/ACT you will manage all property-related matters of the existing portfolio of leased retail stores and hotels within New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory on behalf of Endeavour Group.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- To manage and maintain the NSW/ACT property portfolio of stores and venues.
- Total responsibility for the day-to-day operation of all property matters within NSW/ACT.
- Negotiating the best commercial outcome for the business.
- Maintain and grow key relationships.
- Accurate reporting to management of key performance criteria and market conditions.
Now let’s talk about you:
- Commercial experience and knowledge of the property market (2+ Years).
- A track record of successfully managing large property portfolios.
- Business, planning, and financial skills including the ability to develop budgets and manage resources.
- Ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities offering commercial viability and benefit to the business.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to achieve results and productive relationships.
- Exposure to retail property management.
- Knowledge of the property market including an understanding of the issues that exist for both landlords and tenants.
- Commercial astuteness including the ability to identify and target opportunities that are financially viable and ensure market benefit to the business.
- Experience in presenting proposals in a clear, simple written and oral form, with sound economic justification and accepting accountability for the team’s outcome.
- The ability to establish and grow strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to be a proactive and positive member of a team, challenging themselves and others within the team to find ways to improve.
- A Degree in Property, or a related discipline is desirable.
