The Horse & Jockey Hotel is hunting for a legendary Publican to lead the pack in Warwick, QLD!

We need a leader who can manage a venue with the finesse of a jockey and the heart of a local legend. This role is for a high energy hospitality professional who sees a pub not just as a business, but as the pulsating heart of the Southern Downs.
A day in the life of a Publican:
- You know the locals by name, they reckon you’re one of their own, all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
- You run the place like it’s your own modern-day home, keeping things safe, smooth, and compliant.
- You're the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team.
- You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
- You bring the vibe, the service, and the smiles – every shift, every day.
