Publican (Venue Manager) | Laneway Social - East End

We’re not just looking for a Venue Manager; we're on the hunt for a REAL Publican to lead the team at the Laneway Social. Someone who lives and breathes hospitality, leads from the front, and brings locals together by creating pub experiences they love!

The Salary: From $92,000 + superannuation + bonus scheme

The Laneway Social is where Adelaide comes to taste, toast & socialise. We are a new, vibrant East End destination blending modern dining with urban energy. We're Adelaide's new go-to for after-work catch ups, date nights, pre-show drinks, weekend gatherings, and milestone celebrations.

We blend a standout food and beverage offerings with a lively bar atmosphere, entertainment, and events to create memorable experiences that keep our guests returning.

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

We're looking for a passionate hospitality leader who genuinely wants to be part of building something special. This is not a traditional pub role. We need a Publican who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves being on the floor with guests and team members, and has a passion for food, beverage and creating memorable experiences.

• You hold current industry RSA, RSG and Responsible Person qualifications per South Australian state requirements.
• You have the ability to build, coach and develop high-performing teams.
