Publican | Northern Grounds
This is a REALLY special opportunity to run an absolute cracker of a venue right in the heart of the Sunny Coast! The Northern Grounds (4558) is looking for its next Publican to take the reins.
The Dining Hall is the heart of Northern Grounds, a spacious area that spills out onto the deck with stunning water views; the Bar is an expansive area flowing onto the deck with 24 taps pouring ice cold beer; The Deck is where the great outdoors truly comes alive, offering a sprawling space perfect for soaking up the Sunshine Coast air
We are looking for someone who lives and breathes hospitality, leads from the front, and brings locals together by creating pub experiences they love.

Northern Grounds is more than just a bar – it's a true celebration of the Australian outdoors, a place where the fire's always burning and the door's always open. We're about honesty, simplicity, and the feeling of a cold beer shared with mates, with a vibe that's humble, warm, and welcoming to everyone.

A day in the life of a Publican:

Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
