We’re on the hunt for a REAL Publican, someone who lives and breathes hospitality, leads from the front, and brings locals together by creating pub experiences they love.

The Norwood Hotel is a heritage-listed establishment, situated on the corner of The Parade and Osmond Terrace. This local institution is right next to Norwood Oval (Coopers Stadium), and only 10 minutes from Adelaide’s CBD. The Norwood has it all, casual bars, modern Australian pub classics, live entertainment, a thriving gaming room and function availability.
A day in the life of a Publican:
- You know the locals by name, they reckon you’re one of their own, all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
- You run the place like it’s your own modern-day home, keeping things safe, smooth, and compliant.
- You're the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team.
- You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
- You bring the vibe, the service, and the smiles – every shift, every day.
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
