Parap Tavern is a true Darwin icon known as the “local’s local” in the heart of Parap. With a bustling bistro, popular sports bar, well loved gaming lounge, and a friendly, down-to-earth vibe, it’s a spot where everyone feels at home. From market goers dropping in after a Saturday at Parap Markets to locals catching up over a cold beer, the tavern is all about good food, great service, and that relaxed NT spirit.
A day in the life of a Publican:
- You know the locals by name, they reckon you’re one of their own, all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
- You run the place like it’s your own modern-day home, keeping things safe, smooth, and compliant.
- You're the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team.
- You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
- You bring the vibe, the service, and the smiles – every shift, every day.
About you:
You already know if this is for you. You’ve got the experience, the presence, and the pride it takes to own a pub like it’s been yours forever. You're not just running a venue - you're living the Publican life.
- Hold current industry RSA and RSG qualifications as per state requirements
- Gaming Machine License
