Located on a stunning, tree-lined canal just minutes from Surfers Paradise, we are seeking an entrepreneurial powerhouse. We need a Publican who doesn't just follow trends, but sets them—someone who thrives in a premium environment where "average" is the only thing not on the menu.

About You

Your Profile:

• The Pedigree: Extensive experience in high-end hospitality, with a deep understanding of premium wine, spirits, and wagering.
• Entrepreneurial DNA: You don't wait for instructions; you see market gaps and fill them.
• The Aesthetic: You understand that in a $5M venue, presentation is everything—from the garnishes on the cocktails to the attire of the staff.
• Compliance & Grit: You hold all necessary industry licenses (RSA, RSG, RMLV, Approved Manager) and are prepared to be a hands-on leader in a high-volume, premium environment.
