The Ettamogah is far more than a local pub; it is a high-profile destination featuring massive bistro volume, extensive bar operations, family entertainment, and a bustling gaming room. This role demands a very experienced operator who can juggle the demands of a high-traffic tourist destination while maintaining the heart of a community local. A day in the life of a Publican:
- You know the locals by name, they reckon you’re one of their own, all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
- You run the place like it’s your own modern-day home, keeping things safe, smooth, and compliant.
- You're the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team.
- You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
- You bring the vibe, the service, and the smiles – every shift, every day.
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

Hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements
