Northern Grounds is a flagship dining destination serving fire-kissed feeds, fresh local flavours, and waterfront good times. We’re searching for a Restaurant Manager who can deliver high-volume, high-quality service with a smile.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the restaurant floor and delivering top-tier guest experiences
- Managing bookings, service flow, and floor operations
- Coaching and developing the FOH team
- Driving consistency in standards and presentation
- Working closely with the kitchen to keep service seamless
About you:
- Proven experience in restaurant or venue management
- Confident leading a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong focus on guest service and creating memorable experiences
- Organised, reliable, and confident with rostering and systems
- A natural leader who thrives under pressure and inspires others
