Restaurant Manager | Springwood Hotel | Own the Bistro
Internally, this role is referred to as Assistant Manager
We’re looking for a standout Restaurant Manager to lead the bistro as our venue begins an exciting renovation. This is your chance to shape the dining experience from day one, set the standard for service, and help bring the new-look venue to life.
You’ll be hands-on, visible, and driving the team on every shift. From weekday lunches to busy weekend dinners, you’ll make sure service, quality, and energy never drop.
What You’ll Own:
- Leading and inspiring a high-performing restaurant team
- Running seamless service across lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts
- Shaping guest experiences as the venue undergoes its transformation
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar to deliver flawless service
- Setting the tone, pace, and culture on the floor every day
- Ensuring compliance, standards, and operational excellence
About you:
- Experienced restaurant leader who thrives on the floor
- Hands-on, visible, and confident managing busy shifts
- Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communicator and team mentor
- Passionate about food, service, and memorable experiences
- Hold current RSA + RSG and any required management certifications
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
