As the Retail Media Product Strategy Lead you will be a key member of the Endeavour Group Retail Media business - Mixin, you will be responsible for the MixIn Campaign & Event strategy with a focus on creating Retail Media campaigns, events and product packages that can be taken to market by the sales team; your goal is to drive trade, enhance customer engagement, and elevate the brand.
Reporting into the Retail Media Product & Brand Partnership Manager, you will own and drive the campaign and events calendar to form strategic plans that create media sales opportunities and deliver demonstrable value to our suppliers. This position will see you partnering and building relationships with various teams - Merchandise, Media Sales, Media Operations, Advanced Analytics, and Marketing.
Your understanding of trade planning and marketing initiatives will be matched with your depth of knowledge in MixIn’s retail media inventory and roadmap; this combination of subject matter expertise will enable you to develop sales initiatives that closely align to our suppliers’ trade investments and generate incremental revenue for Endeavour.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Lead the MixIn Campaign & Event Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for Retail Media campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and organizational values.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal banner marketing teams to ensure effective ways of working. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end campaigns, from planning to execution.
- Manage Campaign Development: Project manage the creation of all campaign assets with banner marketing leads and work closely with MixIn operations to ensure flawless execution across all relevant channels.
- Inform Strategy with Data and Insights: Leverage brand, marketing, and industry expertise to design engaging programs based on consumer trends and competitive insights, with a clear focus on measurable commercial impact.
- Develop Sales Enablement Tools: Create comprehensive media kits and impactful sales collateral that highlight the value proposition of the retail media network. Equip sales teams with the necessary tools and resources to educate and convert advertisers.
- Monitor and Report on Performance: Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights to inform future strategy.
Now let’s talk about you:
- 5+ Years proven experience in Retail Media or a related field.
- Proficiency in providing strategic recommendations that meet both commercial objectives and client needs.
- Deep knowledge of digital and traditional media channels - how they fit in the marketing mix and the consumer behaviour / preferences associated with each.
- Proven experience delivering successful projects in a complex, matrixed organisation.
- Understanding of media metrics, analytics, attribution and the ability to interpret such data to deliver a commercial narrative.
- Excellent presentation skills - verbal and written.
- Liquor industry experience is desirable.
- Exposure to merchandising / trade marketing areas of retail is desirable.
