Senior Assistant Manager | The Albion

The Albion, a lively and well loved, recently renovated Venue is looking for an experienced Senior Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. We're a venue known for our great atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly staff. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to take the next step in their hospitality career.

A day in the life of an Senior Assistant Manager:
- Get to know the locals so well they think you’re part of the crew
- Make decision on own, using initiative to solve problems
- Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe
- Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
- Bring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shift
About you:
- Proven experience in a similar senior supervisory or assistant management role within a busy pub, restaurant, or bar
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience
- You’ve learned from great managers and now you’re ready to step up
- You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
- You’ve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
