Our Endeavour Group transformation portfolio of work is wrapped up and termed ‘One Endeavour’, a deliberate holistic approach across people, processes and technology. One of the key pillars of One Endeavour is the E2E Stores Pillar. The E2E Stores Pillar consists of a number of key programs, whose purpose is to ‘Transition and build Endeavour owned technology capabilities to enable future store transformations’’. A critical program within the E2E Store Pillar is the transition of our Endeavour Protection and Incident Management (EPIM) capability which is currently underway.
The Senior Change Manager (EPIM) is responsible for leading the change management response for this complex program and creates and project manages change schedules, allocates (and does) work to deliver the change analysis, planning and implementation required for people to be ready for change so that initiative outcomes and benefits are achieved.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role
- Proficiently use knowledge and experience of change management and change framework to identify and manage stakeholders and influence change outcomes.
- Play a leadership role in the change community, coaching and mentoring others to develop change capability at Endeavour.
- Working closely with the Program Manager, Business Owner, and IT Lead to ensure change awareness and change capability is being developed and utilised by key stakeholders.
- Partners with the Endeavour Risk and Protection team to support the implementation of new EPIM operating model and changes
- Target communication, engagement, training programs, and appropriate support processes to foster the adoption of the change across relevant work streams.
- Provide support for Head of Change to align with overall transformation objectives.
- Contribute to the overall OE single view of change, heat mapping, and associated capacity plans
Now let’s talk about you
- Bachelor's degree and relevant postgraduate qualification in business, change, communications, HR or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable delivery of large scale change programs and activities for customer facing change.
- Ability to lead a change management program that is integrated in a cohesive way for all impacted stakeholders.
- Ability to anticipate and manage potential issues and risks to the program.
- Previous experience managing program implementation in a retail or hospitality environment across both Store/Venue and Support Office environments (desirable)
- Understanding of the retail environment, and ability to identify improvement opportunities (desirable)
- Ability to manage several differing change streams, within a the context of broader change program
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership to peers and stakeholders
- Experience in developing and delivering effective communication and training plans.
