The ‘One-Endeavour’ transformation is re-shaping the way we do business together today and into the future. It’ll streamline our operations, create a launchpad for future growth, and give our teams and customers the benefits of simpler ways of working.
We are now recruiting for a Senior Change Manager for the Unified Commerce and Order Management System Program of work. This role will see you supporting the delivery of these programs which seek to enhance scalability and independence, drive growth and agility, streamline order processing, enhance inventory management, and support our Unified Customer View initiative.

Here’s a taste of what you can expect as the Senior Change Manager:
- Lead the change management response for this complex program, leading change professionals or consultants; or working individually when assignment requires deep strategic change thought leadership.
- Create and project manage change schedules, allocate and work to deliver the change analysis, planning and implementation required for people to be ready for change so that initiative outcomes and benefits are achieved.
- Proficiently use knowledge and experience of change management and change framework to identify and manage stakeholders and influence change outcomes.
- Play a leadership role in the change community, coaching and mentoring others to develop change capability at Endeavour.
- Work closely with the Program Manager, Business Owner, and IT Lead to ensure change awareness and change capability is being developed and utilised by key stakeholders.
- Target communication, engagement, training programs, and appropriate support processes to foster the adoption of the change across relevant work streams.
- Contribute to the overall ‘One Endeavour’ single view of change, heat mapping, and associated capacity plans.
Now let’s talk about you:
- You’ll have demonstrable experience of delivering large scale change programs and activities for customer facing change.
- Experience leading a change management team/consultants and program that is integrated cohesively.
- Prior experience developing change initiatives to support significant organisational change.
- The ability to anticipate and manage potential issues and risks to the program.
- An extensive understanding of diverse Change Management principles and effective methodologies to execute suitable strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to provide support to peers and stakeholders.
- Strong collaborative style, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organisation.
- A team oriented and inclusive mindset, with a proactive nature in identifying and solving problems.
Desirable skills:
- Previous experience with salesforce and/or a transformation environment (preferred).
- An understanding of the retail or similar complex customer facing industries.
