Please note, this role is a Fixed Term Contract.

As a pivotal member of the Endeavour Advanced Analytics team, the Senior Data Analyst will take on a crucial role as our Tableau and Data Visualisation expert, contributing to the end-to-end process of data sourcing, modelling, and dashboard design.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

• Designing, building, testing, and maintaining high-quality Tableau dashboards

• Providing Tableau development and BI expertise, best practice and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all things Tableau.

• Offering ongoing and ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and insights in a timely manner.

• Establishing credible relationships with stakeholders and third-party vendors.

• Producing data, analytics, and insights from various data sources, including GCP, Azure, and proprietary databases.

• Leading, coaching, and developing junior team members.

• Advocating for solid data governance, capture, and sharing principles across our data platforms.

• Curating and maintaining unified customer data assets and data models.

Key Tools:

Utilise your expertise in SQL, DBT, Tableau, and GSuite, along with hands-on experience in Cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform and Azure Databricks.

Now let’s talk about you: 

• Strong capability to deliver optimised Tableau dashboards with best-practice visuals, efficiency, and stability connected back to source databases.

• Exceptional SQL skills and hands-on analytics experience.

• Proficiency in handling large and complex data sets using various applications.

• Technical operations experience with Cloud technologies (GCP, Azure).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

• The ability to work independently on individual projects and contribute effectively within a team.

• A strong focus on delivery, a positive attitude, and an approach that tackles challenges head-on.

• Experience working in cross-functional teams within an agile delivery framework.
