As the Senior Manager - Retail Media Marketing, you will build MixIn’s market presence and go-to-market capability, ensuring the business has the insights and marketing tools to engage trade partners, non-endemic advertisers, and the broader media industry. 

You will lead MixIn’s insights and thought leadership agenda, sales materials, case studies, digital presence, and events to strengthen the brand proposition and drive commercial growth.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

• Own the development and ongoing evolution of MixIn’s go-to-market marketing materials, ensuring Commercial Planning and Sales team has compelling, current and consistent materials to take to trade partners and advertisers.
• Translate MixIn’s strategy, products, audiences, channels and capabilities into clear and differentiated market-facing propositions and content.
• Act as the insights lead for the MixIn team, identifying and translating customer, category, campaign and market insights into commercially useful stories.
• Develop insight-led reports and thought leadership that provide value to trade partners and strengthen MixIn’s position as a strategic retail media partner.
• Own the development of MixIn case studies, credentials and proof points, demonstrating customer, advertiser and commercial outcomes.
• Manage MixIn’s website and social channels, ensuring content is current, relevant and supports MixIn’s commercial and market objectives.
• Own the MixIn internal and external events calendar, identifying the events and moments that will have the greatest impact with advertisers, agencies and industry stakeholders.
   

Now let’s talk about you: 

• Significant experience (5+ Years) in B2B marketing, trade marketing, media marketing, sales enablement or a related marketing role.
• Proven experience developing go-to-market propositions, sales materials and marketing content that support commercial growth.
• Strong ability to translate data, research and insights into compelling commercial stories.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling capability, with experience developing executive-quality and external-facing content.
• Experience managing digital and social content and external communications.
• Experience planning and delivering events, sponsorships or industry engagement programs.
