Endeavour Group demerged from Woolworths in 2011 and is establishing how we operate as an independent business and establish supporting technology, including the implementation of a new SAP ERP S/4 Hana & Supplier Portal.
Join us as the Senior Merchandise Transformation Manager and operate as the Merchandise Business Lead for this program, playing a pivotal role in delivering this monumental program through to its successful completion.
You will prioritise business outcomes, bridge commercial and technical delivery through build, testing and cutover, resolve cross functional dependencies and ensure Merchandise and Supplier outcomes land effectively into hypercare and BAU.
Operating within the 'Three-in-a-Box' (Business, Delivery & Technology) leadership structure, your mission is to be the business decision leader for all Merchandising and Trade Supplier business outcomes, balancing business requirements with technical constraints.
You will lead a dedicated team of 5 Merchandise Subject Matter Expert’s, ensuring technical solutions balance legacy ecosystem constraints with the delivery of strategic transition goals. This role requires critical judgment to prioritize strategic change over operational requests, effective dependency management, and close collaboration with business leaders and external partners to achieve our ambitious technical and commercial objectives.
