The Ramsgate Hotel isn’t just a local favourite! It’s a South Australian icon serving up quality pub classics, fresh local seafood, and the kind of good times that keep people coming back. We’re looking for a Senior Sous Chef to step into a key leadership role and keep our kitchen firing.
A day in the life of a Senior Sous Chef
- Running the pass and leading service in a high-volume kitchen
- Supporting the Head Chef with menu execution and kitchen management
- Leading, training, and inspiring the brigade
- Overseeing prep, grill, fryers, and pizza with consistency and quality
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Being the Head Chef’s right-hand, ready to step up when needed
What do we need from you
About you:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen
- Leadership skills that bring out the best in your team
- Passion for quality food and consistency under pressure
- Organised, reliable, and confident running a busy pass
- Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
