As a Senior Transformation Strategy Manager, you will drive critical technology transformation initiatives across the group. You’ll lead innovative programs of work using a data-driven and agile approach.

As part of the Transformation Program leadership team, you will provide coaching, support, and development opportunities to the program leaders, guiding them on best practices and ensuring the successful delivery of the team's overall work-plan. 

With a strategic mindset and natural curiosity you will use your excellent communication skills to identify and analyse risks, solve problems and refine solutions. You’ll also foster a pipeline of skilled individuals to meet future team capability requirements.

Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:

• Identify and analyse current areas of the business that will change as part of the transformation initiative.
• Provide insights to senior leadership from data gathered and ensure proactive communication to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify upstream and downstream impacts of key initiatives.
• Proactively identify areas of risk and opportunities for the overall transformation,  develop contingency plans and escalate critical issues to senior management.
• Collaborate with relevant senior stakeholders to facilitate the activities required to enable sign-off on changes with the business.
• Clearly communicate the tasks and objectives to ensure understanding of expectations and timelines involved.

Now let’s talk about you: 

• 5+ years in a senior Strategy or Transformation role in consulting and/or corporate.
• Demonstrated experience operating in significant enterprise wide transformation programs.
• Strong experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks, and project management
• Superb written and oral communication with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
• Experience with working in or around large scale technology programs
