Base Salary From $90,000 + Super + Group Wide Discounts

Dan Murphy’s is an Australian icon. With 290 stores and an online presence that captures over half of the country’s online alcohol sales, it's a massive network to be part of. Managing one of these stores is a serious operation!  

We’re looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Store Manager who takes complete ownership of their business. As a key leader in our network, you won't just manage a store, you’ll inspire your team to bring our brand strategy to life and create genuine customer advocacy. The Role:

• Lead and Inspire: Build team commitment and role clarity through clear, engaging communication, ensuring everyone is aligned to achieve business goals.

• Commercial Acumen: Use your business savvy and strong planning skills to drive your team to consistently hit budgets and key metrics.

• Community-Centric Decisions: Foster a culture that truly understands your local community, using customer feedback as a main pillar in your day-to-day decisions.

• Drive Positive Change: Act as a forward-thinking role model, creating energy and alignment around new business initiatives and team development.

• Build Talent Pipelines: Make the best use of our extensive resources to coach your team, focusing on development plans and building a strong succession pipeline for the future.
