This is an exciting opportunity for a Strategy Manager to join the Group Strategy team at our ASX listed company.

You will support Endeavour Group in the development of strategic plans and projects for the Group and within our business units, targeting areas that represent the most significant sources of profitable growth for the company, which are outside BAU, and which require additional resources to accelerate thinking and delivery.

Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:

• Working with stakeholders across the business, including very senior stakeholders (i.e. exco members) to define business challenges and opportunities
• Inject strategic and innovative thinking into the issues that the business faces to problem solve key business questions
• Structuring problems and defining the plans of action to solve them
• Perform complex analysis and extracting insights from that analysis
• Running stakeholder meetings and workshops
• Project manage individual strategic projects or workstreams
• Influence key stakeholders to deliver impactful change

Now let’s talk about you: 

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consultancy, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy or a similar relevant field
• Outstanding academic record and social achievements
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks, and project management 
• Superb written and oral communication with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
• Experience in commercial and and financial analytics and quantitative modelling
