As the Talent Coordinator you will report to the Talent Lead for Retail Brands and provide strong administrative support within our growing Talent Acquisition Team.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

• Create the best candidate experience with a service mindset, to support the hiring and onboarding queries of leaders and team members.
• Support administration within the recruitment process for compliance and to support the hiring of team members with agility and pace.
• Interpret and organise statistic based reporting, to display data trends within the team.
• Working in a fast paced, high volume environment where you will need to manage conflicting priorities and fluctuating workload.
• Opportunities to suggest ideas and be creative.

Now let’s talk about you: 

• Previous experience in a similar role involving administration or coordination activities, ideally in recruitment or retail/hospitality
• A high attention to detail, with the ability to work at pace.
• Sound understanding of Excel & Google Sheets.
• A willingness to pivot and work as a team player to support business priorities.
• Ability to work towards tight deadlines and prioritise workload.
• Eager to learn and Dream Big within Endeavour Group.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience highly regarded.
• Flexible location, WA preferred.
