We’re on the hunt for a motivated Venue Manager, someone who lives and breathes hospitality, leads from the front, and brings locals together by creating pub experiences they love.

140 years young and fresh from a recent renovation, this is a rare opportunity to step in and lead the venue in a new direction!
A day in the life of a Venue Manager:
- You know the locals by name, they reckon you’re one of their own, all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
- You run the place like it’s your own modern-day home, keeping things safe, smooth, and compliant.
- You're the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team.
- You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
- You bring the vibe, the service, and the smiles – every shift, every day.
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
