The Process Engineering Productivity Specialist role will see you develop, deliver and maintain fair and challenging productivity labor standards for a range of stores in Endeavour retail, and the budgeted end to end impact of these standards on overall store operational performance.
You will ensure that the productivity system labor standards accurately reflect the current business process maps, with all planned process changes applied in line with store deployment plans. In addition, you will support the delivery of process change that reduces the cost of doing business, through identifying and valuing opportunities for improvement.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role
- To measure, create and maintain MOST based labour standards which accurately reflect store operational and customer standards.
- To fully understand all proposed and developing process changes, providing SME Input to project owners in design, implementation and embed phase.
- Support Simpler for Stores team and partner business teams to implement efficiency projects
- Identify process improvement opportunities that reduce the cost of doing business within a range of productivity targets
- Support multiple operational and non-operational business stakeholders to drive maximum value from process changes by reflecting the true cost of labor impact in standards
- Ensuring Labour standard inputs to budget delivery is done smoothly
- Openly contributes to the success needs of the team before self, and is unafraid to positively challenge stakeholders at all levels.
- Builds strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
- Encourages an environment of support and guidance within the workplace, with effective change management skills that supports business agility.
Now let’s talk about you
- Experience with industrial engineering techniques, preferably in retail or customer services sector, with an ability to understand and challenge processes
- Strong project management skills with an ability to engage and influence key stakeholders, and manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities
- Experience in leading and coaching people to achieve overall project requirements
- Tertiary education qualification in Industrial Engineering or similar
- Proven application of productivity measurement and business modeling techniques, with a strong financial acumen that supports cost base decision making
- Intermediate working knowledge of MS Excel and google sheets
