The Workplace Experience Manager is all about being the ultimate champion of team and guest experience within the lively Richmond Support Office, where we're on a mission to create a seriously sociable future. Your main gig is to create that extra touch of excitement while staying true to our purpose. 

You'll be behind the scenes, conjuring up the perfect mix of processes and leading experiences that leave our team buzzing with joy and creating a workplace environment for our team to do their best work. With your creative mojo, you'll understand and bring our employee value proposition to life.

Here’s a snapshot of the responsibilities, the Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for a variety of activities - split across the following:

Team Experience & Events

  • Create, manage and facilitate inspiring events and social activations within the Support Office that amplify our purpose 
  • Connect our Melbourne teams across Endeavour, in partnership with our Melbourne Social Crew
  • Plan and coordinate our new team onboarding experience; creating a welcome that delivers on our employee value proposition

Team & Guest Services

  • Be a first point of contact to support our team and guests
  • Manage and optimize critical guest and team services including mail, deliveries, stationary, social space requirements (coffee, consumables) etc.

Stakeholder Management and Budgeting

  • Partner with the Facilities Manager and IT services team, working together to endeavour for better in improving systems and processes to enhance team experience
  • Support the development of annual budget submissions for the Support Office 

Qualifications

  • You’ll bring to the role your infectious people-first attitude, positive energy and can-do spirit, creating a collaborative and enjoyable work atmosphere.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate seamlessly with teams at all levels is key.
  • Confidence to communicate at Board level and across all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience in hospitality, events or customer service roles; to lead effective events for our team members in the Richmond Support Office. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow through with incoming tasks and jobs that drive team experience
  • A pragmatic problem solver who can diagnose issues, find creative solutions and find ongoing opportunities to streamline  
  • Demonstrate ability in setting priorities, managing multiple commitments, planning and organising tasks
  • You’ll be proactive in nature, showing initiative and forethought in your actions.
