As the Business Improvement Lead, you will report to the Program Manager of Retail Operations Improvement within Simpler for Stores. You will be responsible for delivering sustainable value and leading end to end business, operation and process diagnostics across our Endeavour Drinks business which will include finding ways to optimise and uplift process capability and providing a roadmap for business improvement and workforce development.

Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role
- Supporting the the Endeavour Group’s Retail Businesses BWS and Dan Murphy’s 1650+ venues to evolve their operational and strategic practices
- Challenge current ways of working and review our ways of working, business rules and End to End process within our Venues
- Support the delivery of process change that challenges the cost of doing business, by identifying and valuing opportunities for improvement. This includes effectively collaborating with a broad range of key business stakeholders to support productivity model overlays, and on-going performance convergence relative to budgeted / forecasted metrics.
- Working closely as part of a cross function Program team to identify opportunities, validate and rollout across our 350+ venues nationwide.
- Working closely and collaborating with other Lean Six Sigma practitioners and SMEs to cross pollinate on process findings.
- Identify opportunities to optimise processes applying best practices and solution recommendations (process, people, technology) to improve performance and productivity.
- Support in the build and delivery of project pipeline (3-5 years) contributing to the bottom line business benefits
- Working as a part of the project team to present findings to the steering committee at a senior management level, develop and manage regular progress status reports.
Now let’s talk about you
- 2-5 years of experience across Business/Process Improvement within an operational environment. Experience as a Lean Six Sigma Leader with a record of practicing and implementing significant changes delivering quantified results is also desirable
- Experience as working part of a cross functional Project team working with business operators, subject matter experts and strategic leaders
- Thought leadership driving culture changes in an Operational environment
- Demonstrated experience using leading related change methodologies and management disciplines (e.g. Customer Journey Mapping, ISO, TQM and/or similar)
- Project Management Skills , PMP or Prince 2 certification will be a plus
- Graduate, bachelor degree as a minimum
- Strong coaching skills
- Good business acumen and horizontal collaboration capability
- Must have or willing to obtain RSA & RCG
- Travel interstate and within state
