About the Role
Casual Dishwashers | Brook Hotel | Dream big with us!
Love the buzz of a busy kitchen and don’t mind getting your hands wet? The Brook Hotel is looking for reliable Casual Dishwashers to keep our high-volume kitchen running like clockwork.
What you’ll be doing:
- Washing and organising around 1,200 plates per day (plus pots & pans!)
- Keeping the kitchen clean, safe and hygienic
- Helping the team by jumping in where needed
Shifts available:
- Monday to Friday: 5pm - 11pm
- Weekends: 12pm - 5pm or 5pm - 11pm
What do we need from you
About you:
- Reliable, hard-working and a team player
- Can stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen
- Happy to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
- Experience is handy, but not essential, we’ll show you the ropes
