As one of our Customer Service Consultants, you'll leave your mark on our customers, assisting them from the early planning stages, right through to their event and beyond, ensuring an authentic and personalised experience is felt throughout. Our Customer Service Consultant Team Member will be responsible in:
- Being part of a specialised team to ensure corporate, weddings and events and gifting customers receive end to end personalised service.
- Lead, develop and grow sales & GP across individual and shared account bases. Ensure pricing offered to customers is within the agreed sell price and meets margin expectations
- Driving sales and profitability to maximise on all opportunities and potential leads effectively and efficiently.
- Focus on putting customers first, building relationships with our customers, solving their problems and issues to lead to their retention, stickiness and customer satisfaction.

Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:
- Work with your venue management plan with the aim to achieve the optimal mix of contact and information sharing. Use technical aids to remain connected to venues.
- Primarily an Inbound Sales role, answering phone calls and customer enquiries to identify and resolve customer issues/concerns promptly.
- Come prepared to monthly review sessions, offering new ideas, thoughtful opportunities and ways to take ownership and drive accountability, starting with oneself.
Requirements for the role:
- Current RSA preferred
- Excellent computer skills, able to work across multiple tech platforms
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry preferred
- Vibrant personality!
- Availability between 9am - 7pm Monday - Friday including set Saturdays as per roster
